1. Overview

This Shipping Policy describes how Whiteroad Developments Pty Ltd ("WRF", "we", "us", or "our") processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through https://whiteroadfans.space (the "Store"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as sales events or public holidays), processing times may be extended. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant delays by email.

 

2.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

 

2.3 Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. WRF is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@Whiteroaddevelopments.space. We cannot guarantee address corrections after an order has been dispatched.

 

 

3. Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

WRF currently ships to Australia and select European countries. Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) and are indicative only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. WRF is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

 

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

WRF reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time. The rate applicable to your order is the rate displayed at the time you complete checkout.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect updated tracking information. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@Whiteroaddevelopments.space.

 

 

6. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

6.1 International Orders

Orders shipped to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

6.2 EU Orders

For orders shipped to European Union member states (Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain), applicable VAT and import charges may apply depending on the order value and relevant EU customs thresholds. Customers are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.

 

6.3 Customs Delays

WRF has no control over customs processing times. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. WRF is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

6.4 Refused Customs Declarations

If you refuse to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, and the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be less the original shipping cost and any return freight costs incurred by WRF.

 

 

7. Failed Deliveries and Undeliverable Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notification card and may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local depot or post office for collection. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to WRF due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;
Failure to collect from a carrier depot within the specified period;
Refused delivery by the customer;

WRF will contact you by email. Re-dispatch of the order will incur an additional shipping fee. If you do not wish to have the order re-dispatched, a refund for the product price only (excluding original and return shipping costs) will be issued.

 

 

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

8.1 Lost Parcels

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations. If the parcel is still unaccounted for, contact us at contact@Whiteroaddevelopments.space within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date, and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

 

8.2 Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged items before opening or discarding any packaging. Contact us at contact@Whiteroaddevelopments.space within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

8.3 Carrier Liability

While WRF takes all reasonable care in packaging your order, once a parcel is in the care of the carrier, their terms and conditions of carriage apply. WRF will assist in lodging claims with carriers but cannot guarantee outcomes of carrier investigations.

 

 

9. Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment by WRF.

 

 

10. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

WRF is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God;
Carrier disruptions, industrial action, or postal strikes;
Customs or border control delays;
Public health emergencies or government-imposed restrictions;
Public holidays in Australia or the destination country.

In such circumstances, WRF will endeavour to notify affected customers and provide updated estimated delivery timeframes where possible.
